Launch with a position, not just a date
Positioning, narrative, sequencing and the twelve weeks of work that determine whether launch day is an event or an anticlimax.
The problem
Most launches are lost long before launch day, in the positioning work nobody wanted to do three months earlier. The team arrives at the date with a product, a Discord and no answer to the only question that matters: why should anyone who is not already following you care?
The second failure is sequencing. Community, exchange conversations, press and creator activity all have different lead times, and running them in the wrong order wastes most of the effort.
Our approach
We start with positioning and work backwards from the date. What is this, who is it for, what does it replace, and what is the one sentence someone repeats to a colleague. Then we build the calendar: what has to be true at week minus twelve, minus eight, minus four, minus one.
We are compliance-aware throughout, which in practice means we will not build a campaign around price, returns or a presale, and we will tell you when something you want to say creates a problem in a market you care about.

Questions
Frequently asked
Do you promote presales?
No. It is a hard limit and it is not negotiable regardless of budget. If that is the engagement, we are not the right agency.
Will you help us get listed on an exchange?
We can support the communications around a listing. We do not broker listings and we would be sceptical of anyone who says they can guarantee one.
How far ahead should we engage you?
Twelve weeks is a comfortable minimum for a full launch programme. We have done less. The compression always comes out of positioning, which is the part you least want to compress.
Can you guarantee launch-day coverage?
No. We can build the conditions that make it likely and prepare the materials that make it easy for a journalist to say yes.
What if our launch date slips?
It usually does. The calendar is built with that assumption and the dependencies are mapped so a slip does not invalidate the whole programme.
Ready to launch louder?
Tell us what you are building and what you need to be known for. We will come back with a straight answer on whether we can help — and what it would take.
